It was our first visit yesterday and we were very impressed! The service is excellent. The food is made to order and very fresh. The chicken is delicious. We ordered the 13 piece with salads, gravy and fries. So good! Our family prefer this over the competitors!

Went to their location in gateway village. The cheeseburger is pretty bleh. Clearly a frozen boxed patty and the bun was stale. Fries and poutine were 5/10. The fried chicken was pretty good, not greasy but a little dry.

Wish I would have ordered like 20 chicken burgers. So crispy and juicy! Very flavourful as well! Fries were fresh and delicious! Definitely recommend!

First time trying Rudy's chicken. The flavor of the chicken was unique and appealing. The one small catch was the hint of fish flavor on the chicken, maybe it's being fried in the same oil as fish, not sure... it was still delicious. The only other point to raise is the price of the 3 piece came with 2 small wings. Imo, most places tend to give 1 large, 1 medium price then throw in a leg or wing. For just over $17.00, quality and quality should be slightly adjusted without an increase in price. Change that and I'll certainly return for more.
Chicken was grossly over cooked. So overcooked the coating fell off and dried out chicken was exposed. I returned it and she offered 3 wings as compensation. First and last visit there.
