Had a great lunch today - best pho in Orleans. Had rare beef pho and it was super delicious, well seasoned broth and fresh Thai basil. Spring rolls had a great crunch!
The interior is clean and fresh, easy to order online for pickup, delicous food, reasonable prices, and wonderful owners. I can't wait to eat in and try a hotpot on a Saturday! I'm disappointed it took me five months to discover this gem.

Saigon Cuisine PE offers a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for enjoying delicious authentic Vietnamese dishes. Standout dishes include the grilled pork and spring roll vermicelli, as well as the Pho Tai Nam and rare beef pho. Everything is fresh and you can tell there is great pride put into the preparation and presentation of the plates. The service is kind and attentive, even on holidays. The broth was just what my body needed. Shrimp rolls were fresh, crunchy, and paired with the perfect ratio peanut sauce. Beef rolls were just as amazing. The Vietnamese sub was delicious. The owner didn't even think twice to make our dream happen. Saigon Cuisine PE is a recommended spot for Vietnamese food.
