Best Steak I've ever had, service is incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable and warm.

Sims is great, even recommended by people back home in Saint John for the atmosphere and food. Was very well taken care of during our dinning, water was never empty and a finished plate couldn’t last more than a minute before being whisked away. All little things that make the experience all that much better. Our server was pleasant, offering specials and recommendations and ensuring we received the best experience we could. Visit again in the future

Best high end steakhouse in Charlottetown, in my opinion! Oysters on the half shell were spectacular! Cocktails were well presented and tasted yum!

As someone who grew up in PEI and never went here because of the prices, I wish I went sooner. The service was efficient and friendly, with timely delivery of drinks and meals. We went on a Saturday night for a date with a reservation for 7pm and didn’t expect such timely and pleasant service. The food itself was delicious. We started with a ceasar salad to split which was perfect to split with a glass of sangria (so much wine!) and a beer. The striploin was perfectly cooked and flavoured. I usually always go with mashed potatoes but man, the roasted baby red potatoes were the way to go. Crispy, salty, flavourful. My partner got the seafood fettuccine, which he enjoyed very much but wished there was less sauce and more seafood. Otherwise, he said it was worth it. Despite the price, I’d recommend at least once.

This is an amazing, must visit in Charlottetown. We really enjoyed our visit for lunch. The food was delicious, fresh, hot, perfect. They have lots of local drinks and food on the menu. I had an IPA on tap, oysters for appetizers and the noodle bowl with tuna and my husband had the steak fries. All so so good! Would definitely go back.

Exceptional dining in the heart of Charlottetown. With attention to details in service and presentation we experienced an amazing dining experience. Our server Kelly was very helpful in assisting with selections and visited the table just the right amount of times during the meal. Sims take on the Wedge salad with a variety of flavors in every bite was a pleasant surprise. The 14 oz Ribeye was cooked to perfection and extremely tender.
The only downside to the entire evening was our table location. Directly across from the entrance curtains, every time a new customer entered the dining room from the lobby the cold outside air came rushing across our table.
Great service, great food. Will be back when we visit the island.

A wonderful restaurant with a cozy atmosphere, classy and competent service and outstanding food.

We went for a date night. The atmosphere was perfect and the service was friendly and attentive. But, oh my, the steak was absolute perfection.
It is not in our regular budget (we had a gift card) but it was a really nice treat.
Looking forward to another visit in the future.

The seafood bruschetta was amazing, a must have! Oysters were great also. Food was served hot!
I did find my steak was too salty.
Creme brulee was delicious end to our meal.

Everything was perfect from the delicious food to the service. It was our Christmas Party group of 10 and we were all very happy and full.
