The food and service here is exquisite. Fine dining cuisine in a romantic, comfortable cocktail bar setting. Toro is an exceptional server who shows passion in his work. The bartenders are also professional and talented. This is the best quality of food and atmosphere in Charlottetown. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Toro was a very good server he took his time explaining all questions we had pertaining the menu and was very friendly. The live band was very nice and relaxing to listen to whiles having brunch this Easter weekend as well. All other workers were very polite and friendly as well. I appreciate the staff and their hard work giving excellent customer service . Will most definitely be back for more dining in .Food & drinks: 10/10 food was delicious .

Beautiful stay at Slaymaker - room was clean and warm and welcoming - food was delicious as per usual. We are always so happy with our staycation experience here :)We tried the tuna tacos, they’re an incredible addition to their new menu.

First bite of the piri piri chicken was a tad bit salty. The knife can barely cut through the meat and had to use more force than necessary. Pretty good atmosphere overall. The waiter was spot on with the water refills. I was asking for recommendations, but later on i found out there are specials going on which i would’ve preferred. The cheesecake feels like heaven. I’ll definitely come back again if ever but will try the specials next

We went there last night for my birthday and rarely have I been so completely satisfied by a dining experience. Absolutely incredible, warm, engaging service complete with perfect suggestions that were right up our alley, a stunning cocktail program (my favorite was the Secret Garden, pictured below) and food that was truely delightful. We had the mushroom toast to start which was stunning and may have convinced me that I actually DO like mushrooms. My husband had the ribs which he said were perfectly done, not hiding behind the sauce but rather very nicely complimented by it, and I had the linguine, which was just so delicious, rich and flavourful but not overdone. We shared the cake that had chocolate mousse and espresso, a perfect cap to the meal. Everything was beautifully complimented by the exquisite décor and happy atmosphere. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience and putting so much effort into the little details, it made my birthday incredibly special!
