I am not sure who made my Venti iced Chai with Brown Sugar Cold foam today but it has to be the most amazing drink I've ever had! I don't know if they added a little bit of something else but it's so friggin delicious!

⭐ 4 Stars – One of the Best Starbucks Spots in Charlottetown
This Starbucks is in a perfect central location, just a few steps from the mall, making it super easy to stop by anytime. The atmosphere is relaxed, clean, and the crowd is mostly young and friendly — definitely not noisy or rough. I ordered a cappuccino and it was really smooth and well-made, one of the better ones I’ve had in the city. A small improvement would be keeping the seating area a bit cleaner during peak hours. Overall, probably the best Starbucks vibe in Charlottetown. ☕✨

Waited 30 minutes, messed up the order and didn’t get the right things, all people got their order that were after us in line and we didn’t.Asked for one small hot latte, they gave me iced latte and the waiter raised voice saying” do you not understand that we are busy” We like Starbucks , but after today I’m not sure if I will continue going here

Can't deny it any longer: their coffee and food are MUCH better than Tim Horton's. (Albeit pricey.) A frappe and sandwich from Starbucks may cost more, but you are certainly going to enjoy it more. The flavour is consistent, the drinks (frappe in this case) aren't filled with icy slush that doesn't have taste. The sandwiches have ingredients that actually fill the bread/bagel, the proportions actually mean you get a good bite every time. While I'd never be able to afford to eat here regularly, Starbucks is far from the worst choice. (Shame they're American owned...)

The workers were very kind, it didn't take long for our order to be ready and they gave us free samples of drinks which were delicious. They have some food items and lots of yummy drinks. I definitely recommend going there because the service was amazing. Thanks to the workers that were there
So today I went in to pick up door dash order and Starbucks refused to give me a glass of water cause I wasn’t a paying customer and was also told I wasn’t able to use the bathroom either . I go to this Starbucks multiple times a day and most of the staff is very nice and pleasant but I was told in the evening shift that I should go to Wendy’s instead because they would allow such a thing ie they have humanity but obviously this would hurt Starbucks bottom line. Very disappointed ( btw I’m a regular customer too just wasn’t buying anything right now)

Went in with my girlfriend so we could use the washroom. Bought coffee so we were paying customers. Manager or supervisor told my girlfriend she could not use the washroom because she wasn't the one who paid for the coffee. Supervisor said its a new policy but a quick Google search shows the policy is simply that the washroom is for paying customers, which we were. Do better.
