this was the WORST customer service i have ever experienced i ordered through the starbucks app and the delivery was TERRIBLE i had 3 drinks and one of them was spilled everywhere’s in the bag and on the floor, the two other drinks were completely wrong. me and my friends were on the phone for THREE HOURS and got hung up on. we only got a 10 dollar refund for my 52 dollar order. I am completely horrified and disappointed. absolutely disgusting.
