Can't deny it any longer: their coffee and food are MUCH better than Tim Horton's. (Albeit pricey.) A frappe and sandwich from Starbucks may cost more, but you are certainly going to enjoy it more. The flavour is consistent, the drinks (frappe in this case) aren't filled with icy slush that doesn't have taste. The sandwiches have ingredients that actually fill the bread/bagel, the proportions actually mean you get a good bite every time. While I'd never be able to afford to eat here regularly, Starbucks is far from the worst choice. (Shame they're American owned...)

The workers were very kind, it didn't take long for our order to be ready and they gave us free samples of drinks which were delicious. They have some food items and lots of yummy drinks. I definitely recommend going there because the service was amazing. Thanks to the workers that were there

So today I went in to pick up door dash order and Starbucks refused to give me a glass of water cause I wasn’t a paying customer and was also told I wasn’t able to use the bathroom either . I go to this Starbucks multiple times a day and most of the staff is very nice and pleasant but I was told in the evening shift that I should go to Wendy’s instead because they would allow such a thing ie they have humanity but obviously this would hurt Starbucks bottom line. Very disappointed ( btw I’m a regular customer too just wasn’t buying anything right now)

Went in with my girlfriend so we could use the washroom. Bought coffee so we were paying customers. Manager or supervisor told my girlfriend she could not use the washroom because she wasn't the one who paid for the coffee. Supervisor said its a new policy but a quick Google search shows the policy is simply that the washroom is for paying customers, which we were. Do better.

I specifically went to Starbucks today because I wanted a consistently made coffee over cheaper alternatives. The main draw to Starbucks is consistency and customizability, I even assured I ordered online so the order would be correct. I get my coffee and there is absolutely not a hint of sweetener (I asked for 4 classic, 2 vanilla), the coffee is much darker than usual (I ask for extra milk even) and it does not even taste like blonde espresso.
I'm not sure how they could get my order so wrong but perhaps make sure employees aren't rushing drinks out the door, if I'm spending $10 on coffee I don't want them different every time like Tim Hortons.
Well had to wait over 5 minutes just for a frappe . They were busy talking !!!

All good but stop begging me for 1$ tip everytime I drive Thru. You didn’t actually do any extra service, you literally just did your job ( pouring a cup of coffee ).
