While I like Starbucks, I am annoyed with the tipping mechanism on their pay device. For a $5 cup of Joe the options that come up are at minimum 20% and go up from there. As a protest I have stopped tipping when presented with this kind of thing. I am certain that they have done their research and I am the outlier. But I still think 20% is ridiculous.
Very busy location. Staff is great at moving the line, but seems all the customers are taking up seating to work so there was no seats available. Each table for 4 had 1 or two people spread out their laptops and working. Plan to take your coffee to go.
