I often come to this store to buy drinks, but I’ve never experienced service as bad as today. I placed a mobile order a little after 1 p.m., but had to wait a full 40 minutes before my drink was ready. And when I finally got it, it was completely wrong.

I ordered a Matcha Latte with Salted Caramel cold foam, but the staff simply mixed matcha powder with water, then topped it with a caramel-flavored cream that had no salt at all. When I asked about it, the staff member insisted she had made it correctly and said I must have misunderstood.

However, I order this drink regularly at Starbucks and have never seen it made this poorly — a matcha latte with no milk, and a “salted cold foam” with no salt. I now regret not insisting that they remake it when I saw how busy they were. This is easily one of the worst drinks I’ve ever had, and I’ll be avoiding any drinks made by this staff member in the future.

The University Avenue Charlottetown Prince Edward Island Starbucks is a great and fantastic place to buy coffee tea donuts muffins and the staff is friendly and helpful too

I bought an around the world mug which is a mug specific to where you are in the world. They come pre boxed so you pick it off the shelf and it’s set in the box so you cannot just take it all apart. I bought my mug and when it got to its Alberta destination and it was removed from packaging it had a chip in it. I had carried it on and it was not bumped around dropped or mashed. I reported this to Starbucks as it is part of my daughter’s collection to be incompetently told just return it to the location and replace or get money back. Well that’s great Einstein I told you the mug is in Alberta and I bought it in PEI I’m now home in NS
what happened to customer service where they would graciously ship out a mug to replace it seeing it’s an around the world mug and Alberta is too far and I’m a 3 hour drive!!! Next time I’ll unwrap everything at the counter and if it’s not right I’ll leave it and the mess behind I’m sooo MAD

First off, at this location you can only collect points if you are using a gift card, and you cannot redeem them at all. Every time I order from here I ask for no actual berries in the strawberry acai refresher. And every time they make it with the berries and try to scoop them out after they notice. I have some slight sensory issues and for nearly $8 the berry chunks that are left really ruin the drink for me. Won't be ordering here again after multiple tries.

Every time I order a drink here there's a 50/50 chance its the wrong drink altogether. They either don't know how to make a basic mocha frappuccino correctly or they just don't care. It also always tastes watered down, some days better than others. Slow service. The only positive about this place is its right in the grocery store.

2023-12-04: it's my first time ordering anything from a SB located in a grocery store (Superstore). Ordered my favorite Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino and it was the worst frappuccino I've ever had. The staff probably forgot to add the frappuccino base as the drink was not sweet at all. He didn't blend the drink enough either as it was full of crunchy ice chunks, it's kinda watery instead of smooth. That disappointing frappuccinowas a waste of money. I'll never ordered from a SB in the Superstore ever again.

Very busy location. Staff is great at moving the line, but seems all the customers are taking up seating to work so there was no seats available. Each table for 4 had 1 or two people spread out their laptops and working. Plan to take your coffee to go.

Took 6 minutes to get an order in with only 1 person in front of me, ordered a Frappuccino that didn’t taste great, I think it was mispriced and when I asked to see a receipt I was told they were out of printer paper.
