I really appreciated the all vegan food hall option! Unfortunately I do agree with other reviewers that the food is a bit lacking in flavor. I got the pakora and the spicy jerk tofu sandwich (unfortunately nothing spicy or jerk about it) and slaw. However, I did enjoy the samosas! They were more flavorful and nice and crispy. Hoping they can turn things around and show people how fantastic vegan food can be!
We were the only ones there and the food took over 20 minutes. There was 3 times more rice than stir fry, salad was also very small. The food itself was ok

Ordered samosas (which came with a delicious sweet tamarind sauce) and the spicy jerk tofu wrap. The wrap was a total home run - plenty of veg, great sauces, flavourful tofu with breading, and a solid wrap. Would definitely order again.
Even dishes as simple as dumplings, fried rice, and spring rolls were bad. I'm a terrible cook but I can make better food than that
We ordered fries, samosas, and spring rolls and they were all delicious.
We waited 30 minutes for a burrito, when it came it was 90% rice and tasted very bland. I was initially very exited to find a vegan place. In the end it was a total disappointment and not worth the stop.

The menu has many many options and the spring rolls and sauce were delicious, however, the burgers were a bit dried and a bit tasteless. The service is great, and the guy working there was very nice and the ice tea they have is also very good! Updated from previous review on 2025-05-27
I always want to support fully vegan places, but the Jerk "Chicken" sandwich left something to be desired. The bread was great. The tofu had a nice crispy breading, but the actual tofu was very bland. It tasted like they didn't put any flavor before breading the tofu. For a fully vegan place I would expect more flavour in the dish.
Love that this is a fully vegan restaurant, however, the food leaves a lot to be desired. The texture of the burgers is pretty terrible, the chicken is weirdly spongy and gelatinous and the burger patty falls apart easily. None of this would matter if they tasted delicious, but they really don’t. Disappointing overall. But the fries are good!
Delicious food. Plant-based comfort food. Highly recommend the moo burger and the samosas.
Vegetarian options: Fully plant-based.
Dietary restrictions: All dairy free. Egg free.

As a vegetarian, it's really hard to find good places to eat out, but Stir It Up never fails to deliver. The food is amazing and fresh and has that authentic taste you'd hope to get. It's also relatively affordable compared to other spots on the island.
If you go there and Saugat is on duty, you're in luck because he's the best chef they have on staff! 100/10!!!!!!!
Vegetarian options: Most of their menu options are vegetarian friendly.

I recently visited Stir It Up Vegan Kitchen in Charlottetown and had the chance to try their pakoda and veg momos. While I’ve had an excellent experience in the past, this visit was a bit of a mixed bag. The pakoda, which was perfectly cooked and crispy during my first visit a few months ago, was unfortunately overcooked this time. It turned out quite hard and crispier than usual, losing the soft and tender texture that I had previously enjoyed. On a more positive note, the veg momos were absolutely delightful – flavorful, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Despite the slight disappointment with the pakoda, the momos certainly made up for it, and I’m hopeful that next time the pakoda will be back to its original deliciousness. Overall, still a great spot for vegan cuisine, but I hope the consistency improves with certain dishes. Highly recommended for veg lover. Definitely visiting again to try more dishes.
