I ordered a roast chicken protein bowl at drive thru today. Cost between $14/15 dollars. It was terrible. Size of a small salad. Couldn’t find much chicken on it. I will never order again.

I went to get a Sub and ask the guy to grill it. Mr Akash who was serving with me told me that there is no grill (which was shocking that how they are operating without a grill today).
Then i saw the grill behind him , that simply shows that Akash didn’t bother himself to do give something what customer was asking..
Very disappointed about the way he was dealing.

I would do anything for the turkey and crushed avocado sub. besides from the amazing food, the service was also great! I didn't catch their name, but a nice guy with a cute necklace served me, and he was cool! great food, great staff, and super quick and easy! (˃◡˂)/

Went last week in the evening to order a turkey sandwich All the tables were uncleaned, bins overfilled and staff was reluctant to maintain hiegene. I felt like it was normal for them. Even the sandwich I ordered was wrapped soggy with the sauce overflowing and vegetables flying out when unwrapped. Horrible experience.

I ordered online two sandwiches today at 6pm this location and when I eat my sandwich there was just a little bit sauce in it as I prefer two sauces but it seems like no sauce in it.When I call in store and talk to manager and told about my complaint he did argue with me. This thing is not happened first time with me, I complained about this before as well. Important thing it was made by manager of the store.Seriously he said bring your food again in the store. Very bad experience

The food was so delicious and great service provided by Tanjot and nakul. I’d definitely go back for another fresh, healthy bite. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quick and tasty option!

The subway in west royalty by the shoppers has the slowest drive thru. We ordered a 6inch turkey sub and waited 15 mins.....we were the only ones in line. The subway delicious though
