It's really a hit or a miss. I guess the quality of your food will depend on who's in for the shift. I mainly order salads and they drastically vary from time to time. It's upsetting considering the salad price.

Manager Name Paige Smith. Worst Service ever from Subway. We got platters from them not have that much quantity of sauce to make15 foot longs . We called them back & one of there staff member told her manager is on break & will give us call back but never called. Staff was rude they not even helped to put platters in the car as there was 5 big boxes. They keep standing at customer service desk and keep watching. Worst service will never recommend the subway on grafton street & if there would be option for zero rating i would give them. Moreover, Manager name was Paige Smith she hang up the ongoing call.
$4.00 for a bottle of water.
As always it never disappoints and tastes the same everytime

It's a subway, but as the only urban location around here it makes it super convenient so I have eaten here more then the others.
Closes at 8pm. On a Saturday night, it closes at 8pm. I thought it was a joke. Franchise must be in trouble.
I will never go to this location .Staff don’t know how to talk with customers and even they charged me double for just veggie patty subs.
As compared to all subways in Charlottetown this location subway tastes fresh & delicious.
