It's really a hit or a miss. I guess the quality of your food will depend on who's in for the shift. I mainly order salads and they drastically vary from time to time. It's upsetting considering the salad price.

Manager Name Paige Smith. Worst Service ever from Subway. We got platters from them not have that much quantity of sauce to make15 foot longs . We called them back & one of there staff member told her manager is on break & will give us call back but never called. Staff was rude they not even helped to put platters in the car as there was 5 big boxes. They keep standing at customer service desk and keep watching. Worst service will never recommend the subway on grafton street & if there would be option for zero rating i would give them. Moreover, Manager name was Paige Smith she hang up the ongoing call.

It’s well said that satisfied customer is the best business strategy of all.” I visited this location for lunch they offer quick and knowledgeable service. They were so busy bcz of lunch rush. But I observed them going the extra mile to satisfy their customers' expectations.?
Vegetarian options: Subway gives you few veggie options such as veggie delite, Mozzarella Bella, Green Goddess. Try them as a wrap or subs/ salads or rice bowls.I wish they can add Veggie Patty in their menu like other provinces for veggie lovers like me.

One time I was told by the guy they only serve Coffee at breakfast so he had probably dumped the later Coffee pot to clean up early and the next time I got the Coffee alright but I had told her 3 times I wanted a triple sugar only to get coffee with no sugar.. it's not a great Coffee place but their subs weren't very good either with the stale bread and all

The usual Subway but not many choices of Bread. The server told the 4 people ahead of me and myself that there was only brown bread( actually it’s called whole wheat) then they told the person behind me there was only everything bread. That’s a great way to use up your bread that’s getting stale but I always thought Subway was all about selection and variety.. guess not! Also, here in Canada it’s called mozzarella cheese not white. And it’s cheddar cheese not orange.

I was here on 21 Oct at 11:00. Sandwich was served with 10 grams of meat, felt like i was eating only a peace of bread with sauce, custimer service on the lovest level I have ever seen in subway, i cant recommend that place for lunch, they should change employees.
Nice place to sit quietly, have a snack and drink coffee.

I tried a 6 inch of the #1 CANUCK CLASSIC. on Italian herb and cheese bread. It comes with Deli-Style Ham, Bacon, 2X Canadian Cheddar, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Pickles, Red Onions, Mayonnaise, and Smoky Honey Mustard. It was delicious. Definitely recommend it.

This is the first time Subway did not ask me to choose the type of bread or vege or sauce I want, unlike the Subway in I usually go to in Montague. For the meatball one they did not give a piece of vege or sauce and when I asked why she said that meatball had its sauce and no vege to be added. Is it true? For the other 3 breads, she did not ask me which vege or sauce I want but she put chili and some onion in one of the bread. I dont eat chili and onion so I asked her to remove them and put cucumber, tomato and olive instead but she just put in cucumber. Then she did the same for the other 2 breads very quickly like she did not have time for my choice. At that time there was only me and another customer who was serving by another staff. Her attitude was normal, but I don’t understand the reason why she was saving the toppings for the shop. Will never come back.
