Last Friday, I asked for a couple of pickles, but the staff put two layers. I counted more than 20 pieces. I had to pick them out of my sandwich when I ate it.

Thank you so much to Jenna and all the staff at the UPEI Subway - they went above and beyond to be helpful to my son while he was at an all day camp.
Kid-friendliness: The staff go above and beyond to help younger customers. ?

Absolute pathetic service. The employee decided to use the same gloves which she was using to make another ham sandwich for my vegetarian sandwich. They don’t care about cross-contact or contamination even though it’s very crucial in any food service outlet. When asked about if any sauces had gelatin/ were vegetarian, employees had varying answers which means none of them knew exactly about the dietary restrictions with the sauces. The manager is apparently on “leave” when I later called to speak to him/her. Was hung upon twice.Would not recommend to anyone with dietary requirements such as halal, vegetarian or gluten free. The employees aren’t aware of the dietary conditions of what is being sold nor do they care. Will definitely be taking other actions to inquire how this outlet is still running in a university environment. Must either be shut down completely or have major changes to how it’s run.

I'm gluten free and they were able to make me a sub on their gluten free bread. It's not great bread but it's like most gluten free stuff.I would recommend toasting it before you put anything on it and then having it toasted again after meat and cheese.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

They were out of bread when we went there. Lol
It is located inside the Bell Aliant centre and feels quite different from other available options on campus. The food is typical subway. Good sandwiches but do not recommend the bowl. Sitting is limited and can be difficult to find an empty space.

I'm so happy to have this Subway on campus. I was just served by two efficient and pleasant people, and the sandwich was perfect.
