I come here every day to eat. Today I bought a monster burrito. I asked for a simple plate and asked if she would give me 3 or 4 chips, but the employee refused. Terrible service. I don't think I'll come back. I came here every day. I'll look for another Mexican restaurant. They just lost a customer.

Food was good, but the service was lacking. We ordered a regular burrito and a regular bowl, and the girl charged us both for large. That’s over $5 extra for a size we didn’t ask for. When we inquired, she insisted that was correct. We’re from out of town, so we don’t know if we actually got larges or not. Feels scammy. They also don’t seem to clean or wipe down the dining area often.

A regular customer for ten yrs goes to business 4-6 days a week, spends easily $100.00 a week to purchase their delicious food. Then the staff have a personal problem and dislike for regular customer, whom actually TIPS MORE THAN 30% every time. Gets most basic burrito bowel with only rice, asks for a little extra, half a ladle of beans, a few green onions, only picot degio and salsa mix and cheese. NOTHING ELSE, I like the rice and two sour creams. I SKIP ALL TOPPINGS, and buy extra chips. THEY ARE SO NASTY AND UNPLEASANT I MUST THANK THEM TODAY FOR THEIR TYPICAL SERVICE! You HAVE NOW MADE ME REALIZE MY $100.00+ every week SHOULD NOT BE WAISTED ON SUCH NASTY, PERSONAL HORRIBLE SERVICE. The last 4 days this week I regretted going in and spending my hard earned money on SUCH NASTY EMPLOYEES AND NOW I WILL NOT RETURN!! Shameful the original owners DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND CERTAINLY HAVE GIVEN THEIR BUSINESS OVER TO PEOPLE THAT OBVIOUSLY HATE THEIR JOBS AND CUSTOMERS!! Meal as good , staff seemed to not have much Interest in being there . Very casual atmosphere hard to hear them talk through the sanitary glass . And when you ask to repeat what they said they seemed bothered by it . Good is good though

No greetings from staff and 4 veggie tacos for $21 but got so little amount of food..all tacos were able to fit in small container that they always use for max 3 tacos only. Wastage of money.

When our burrito was being made they split the side when closing it and didn’t offer to re-wrap it. As a note no extra ingredients were requested and it’s a pretty plan burrito we got.They interrupted us constantly while ordering and telling ingredients wanted on the burrito and burrito bowl. Inconsistent on amount of ingredients on a burrito vs a bowl this from several different visits we have noticed.

Poor service as management changed and stored is owned by punjabi guy he doesn’t care about hygiene and doesn’t know how to deal with customers he came in wrong field don’t recommend this place at all
