Personally disappointed by this place. Looked/seemed authentic and heard good reviews from friends but there was barely any flavour to the pad thai + the wonton soup tasted like it was just water mixed with whatever sauce they used. Dishes were also pricey imo for a food truck (almost 40$ for one meal, a drink and a soup) + 10 mins wait time.

Food was hot and fresh. Good value for your money. Only complaint was it didn’t really taste like any Thai food I’ve eaten before. Lacking complexity and brightness of flavours. The noodles and cashew chicken were swimming in the sauces and had a watered down taste. Had a more generic Asian taste overall.

I had a lunch special number 1 with pork and it was amazing ? it was my first and won't be my last. It was great service they were kind and quick within minutes they had already called for our order. I would 100% recommend it to anyone even if you don't normally eat pad tai
Parking: It's a food truck in a parking lot with loads of space to park and if for some reason there are too many cars just park on the street.

The tofu Pad Thai was delicious. Perfect amount of spice and the spring roll was yummy.
