We walked in a got seated at the bar without a reservation. Our bartender had made an amazing drink for my partner and I had a delicious beer. We ordered the haddock burger and the beef burger it's was SO yummy. Well worth the wait. Such a nice vide inside. Very busy and filled with reservations

Amazing place! Raw oysters were clean and crisp. Very fresh and well shucked(no shell and saved the liquor). Staff were friendly, engaging and welcoming. Salmon board was awesome as well. We will be returning for more, highly recommend the place!!!!

This place is a MUST if you are visiting Charlottetown. The food is fresh and local. I had the smoked salmon board. Beer was amazing and the bartender made me a surprise drink that tasted amazing (The Three Mile). It's a cocktail from the prohibition era.

My wife and I were here last week for a staff party. There were compliments all around for the food and the service. Great atmosphere. We had a 5 pm reservation and business steadily pickup while we were enjoying our meal and drinks.My only disappointment was the lack of good stout beer. Guinness was available but nothing local. I would still highly recommend The Cork and Cast.

One of the best meals my wife and I have ever had. Started with super friendly and welcoming staff - beautiful new restaurant. Great cocktails and atmosphere. Started with an amazing charcuterie board. Then mini tourtiere that brought me back to my childhood. My wife had the Cajun stir fry with scallops and a beet salad - I had the seafood bubbly bake with garlic mashed potatoes. Did I say the best meal we have ever had on PEI? Top that all off with a visit to the table from the owner who was gracious and incredibly humble. We will be back… again, and again!
You would not think the best restaurant would be next to the cruise terminal, and neither did I but was I wrong! Food and drinks were outstanding, service was phenomenal. I can't wait till we are back in PEI, so we can come here again!

Recommend this place when in town. We stopped for a drink break on our walk about town and grabbed and chowder as well. We are glad we did and the owner kept the restaurant open till we finished. It was a smokey day and we still enjoyed it.
