Loved this place! Great atmosphere and service. Our entire group enjoyed their food. We were a table of 6 and they accommodated us through reservation with a round table in a perfect location. You can sit, stand or mingle in this place. It's great. I'll be returning for sure!

Great spot...great beer, also seves PEI brewery coolers & totally amazing fries! Mac-n-cheese is best in class. Oh, did i mention the fries punching way above their weight class, so f-ing good! Great spot for a rainy Saturday lunch.

I'd like to share that this place wants to charge a $25 fee to bring your own cake to celebrate someones birthday (explanation was because you will be using their plates). I totally understand they have their own deserts on their menu however if anyone has had their deserts, they mostly taste stale. Brutal and probably will not be visiting this restaurant again, it used to be our go to restaurant.

Oh my gosh… I just have to say, the gorgeous bar maiden working the bar saved my life. I have a deathly fear of bombs, and root beer, that sends me into cardiac arrest at the mere mention. When I saw the hard root beer, I almost had a conniption. My heart stopped. But, this gorgeous gal gave me cpr and rushed me to the hospital on foot, on her back. There was also a suicide bomber from hunters. She disabled it with ease. I was so impressed. 5 big (non explosive) booms. She saved my life. She is now the executor of my estate

First time visiting P.E.I was advised to eat there and OMG we were not disappointed. The hospitality food and service was amazing. The history of the building is well documented and authentic. I personally recommend eating there we tried the Mac& cheese brown chicken house burger and fish and chips with a blueberry beer everything was delicious. We will be eating there again upon our next visit. Thank

My last visit in September, was horrific. I returned again in December, and I will say the appetizers have improved in quality and quantity. Their buffalo cauliflower continues to shine and the spinach dip is a must try.
However, the mains still need so much work. The house burger is boring and tasteless. The shortrib grilled cheese is greasy and the whiskey jam has 0 place even being on the sandwich. The whole concept just doesn't mesh. It almost feels as if they are trying to take a few ingredients and spread them over different dishes to save on cost. The fries though tasty are way to salty.
The mac and cheese has been revamped, and was delightful, as a side dish. Regardless, it is a wonderful spot to gather, have a drink and an appetizer, but don't expect much as a main meal in terms of sense or execution. The flavors in most dishes do not jive and I have eaten and reviewed many restaurants in my career.
