I don’t usually do reviews but it’s been over the head now so I have to.I order small steep triple triple and instead of that they served me just triple triple coffee and the croissant was super cold and hard couldn’t even bite it.This location is on my way to work,99% of times they don’t have garlic bread or most of muffins.Today I ordered egg n cheese farmers wrap with extra chipotle,I repeated twice with extra chipotle,they served me without chipotle.There service is pathetic already made my mind would never even take that road where this tim is.I guess you’re lucky they don’t have any option for starts under 1 so I have to rate you 1 star.Please do not ever go to this Tim Hortons

Please ask employees to refrain from wearing strong fragrances during their shifts at this location on Capital Drive. The drive thru window always has a strong odour of cologne which lingers in my car, and just this morning at 7am I ordered a coffee and the lid/cup both smelled like someone sprayed perfume directly on them. Thankfully I don’t have an allergy, but many people do and this should be taken more seriously, on top of the fact that it’s unsanitary and unpleasant.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. I visited this Tim Hortons and ordered a Veggie Cilantro Wrap, but they served me chicken instead. I realized something was wrong with the very first bite, and when I asked at the counter, they confirmed it was non-veg. As someone who strictly avoids non-veg, this was extremely upsetting—I actually vomited immediately after finding out. When I went back to inform them, instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, the staff misbehaved and tried to blame me for “picking up the wrong order,” even though there was only one item on the counter and they called out the order themselves. To make things worse, there was no store manager available, and when I said I would be filing complaint I was told I could “do whatever I want” and acted like they “don’t give a damn.” This is not just bad service—it’s a serious food safety and dietary concern. Serving non-veg to someone who orders veg can have religious, ethical, and health consequences. I hope higher management takes this matter seriously because customers deserve better than this.

I had such a great experience at the Tim Hortons on Capital Drive! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the visit feel warm right from the start. The restaurant itself was spotless, which really stood out and made for a comfortable place to sit and enjoy my meal. The food was fresh and tasty, and the coffee was served piping hot—just the way it should be. I also have to mention how amazing the manager is; you can tell they truly care about both their team and their customers, which reflects in the excellent service and positive atmosphere. Definitely one of the best Tim Hortons locations I’ve visited!
