This is the most unorganized drive thru in Charlottetown. We have been shouting on the speaker and no one was answering. Poor service. Please consider hiring more people.
Try to add more staff, even when we order through drive thru we have to wait for 6 mins or more.

Taking 20 mint front order they have only focus at drive thru .. bad service at front always, they only focus on drive thru, Put more staff afternoon , dont give pressure to temporary workers hire some local as well , put equal pressure , why you cant focus on front only on drive thru?

I did drive thru today and I wish I did not. I ask if they can make my chai tee latte.. the lady employee replied she has NOTHING!!! I confirmed with her zero/ absolutely nothing?!… she ensured WE HAVE NOTHING!! Then I asked again you got no coffee/ tea and nothing to eat? She said we have coffee. I mean if you don’t wanna work just… go home…. If this location doesn’t have anything to serve why is it open then??? Close the store… save some labour cost!!! And to that lady… be nicer to customers… you should not be talking to someone like that… you guys have nothing to serve then start with an apology first and give the options which you serve. ‘’VERY BAD Customer service’’ never going back there!!!!!! ??????????
Took ages for only coffee order. Worse staff and management
took 20 mint for tea and potato wedge inside the tim , put more stafff in the afternoon shift …
Chilly was very runny. I thought they had forgotten and gave me soup. Then I noticed 3 or 4 beans floating in it. (Yes floating) it was that watered down. Don't get the chilly. Service was great ? (The Chilli was not) I wasn't going to do a review but was so disappointed I decided to. That's why the cup has some eaten from it.

Very disappointing drive thru experience. We order 3 orea ice cap and forget to ask for extra oreao and girls at the window were very rude they called us stupid and we’re cursing at us when we left.
NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. BETTER DRIVE 2MIN EXTRA AND GO NEAR ESSO INTERSECTION FAR MORE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN THIS.

The place is a mess, staff is rude. I waited at the front for 10 minutes just to place my order. Above all, the store isn’t hygienic at all. Here is a photo from the front of the store.
This is the easiest Tim's for me to go to during my trip to work. I'm seriously about to start waking up earlier so I can go to another location because consistently nearly EVERY single day they mess up our order. The staff are very friendly but it's actually becoming tiresome having to double check my order before I drive away. Whether it's making our drinks wrong (ask for milk, get cream, or like this morning I got an espresso shot in my iced capp I never asked for ) or the sandwiches/wraps need to be re-made because they look like they were made within 20 seconds and tossed in the bag. The hashbrowns are consistently soggy and falling apart to the point where I'm genuinely shocked when I get a crispy hashbrown. This is honestly ridiculous. I've had to remind them to give me drinks they forgot, or muffins they forgot to put in the bags. I've never had a location consistently mess up my order almost daily, this is disappointing. I understand your drive thru times need to be up to par but you respectfully need to get your location in order because this is crazy.Again, staff are kind but they cannot for the life of them get a single order correct.I do come to this location nearly every day and it's not because I want to, it's ease of access for me in my morning routine but I've had enough with the poor service that I've decided to leave a review.
