The servers, including the manager, collect your bakery and pastries order with their bare hands, while handling the cash register, cash, machines and others. For me as well as for the customers who followed me. After pointing this out, the manager said that they were not obliged to use the disposable gloves that they had available in large quantities. Tim Hortons customer service stumbles by writing that washing your hands is enough. We agree on this point but even if this were the case, nothing other than food should be touched. In short, it's unsanitary and unworthy of a catering business...

This is a cafe chain that operates widely in Canada. The iced latte I ordered at another restaurant was disappointingly thin (perhaps weak coffee seems to be the norm in Canada), but the roast beef and cheddar cheese sandwich and chili I ordered for lunch were delicious. (July 2024)
