Very bad uber and skip the delievery service ,they all dont even care if you wait for 15 minutes for order no one helping or telling how much time it will take .Very disappointing.

I m loyal visitor to this Tim hortons at Grafton street. The guy by the name Pritam is very rude.
He is so rude that he refused to give cream on the side, he said it’s the policy of Tim hortons. He said we have stopped providing cream on the side.
Please look into this matter.
We came to know he is rude to other customers he is racist

Poor customer service girls on counter were just gossiping and were not giving out my order waited almost 20 minutes manger should look into it quality of tim is below ground level don’t recommend it at all

I've visited this location several times, and I’m consistently disappointed. Each time I try to order a sandwich, wrap, or even donuts, I’m told they don’t have the items I want. This has happened four or five times now, and it feels like either laziness or poor inventory management on their part. I understand if items run low near closing time, but I’ve gone in well before then—1.5 to 2 hours before closing—and they still seem to be out of everything. It’s frustrating and honestly makes me question whether I want to come back again. I keep giving a chance to this location but I always end up leaving the drive thru disappointed. I hope they can improve their service and product availability.

2024/sept/23 around 6:00 I forget my phone at the cash counter at Tim’s a lovely west Asian women got my phone until two and a half hour later I am very thankful.
