I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons, especially thanks to Miles! She’s such an awesome and welcoming person. Every time I stop by, she greets me with a smile and provides excellent service. She really goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued. The store is always clean and comfortable to stay in. The coffee and pastries are always good at this Tim Hortons before Stratford, but the customer service could be friendlier. The staff seemed a bit rushed and not very welcoming during my visit. A warmer attitude would make the stop much nicer overall.
