It seems everytime I visit this location, my order is incorrect or something is missing. I am a person who orders menu item without special instructions so basic menu items I am receiving are wrong. I've had to go to the counter for items missing in bowls and wraps. For example no bacon in the Bacon Farmers Wrap. Another time I ordered egg bites and was told they were sold out, but my friend who ordered after me had no issues getting them.
The restaurant is dirty. Finger prints on glass at the counter and every table is gross. The floor is disgusting and I would not use the washroom if I were you.
At the drive-thru, I am consistantly met with a lack of customer service. Not a thank you, here's your order, no eye contact...it's rude.
The worst part though are the counter Point Of Sale LED scanner lights!!! Management should be aware these damage eye retinas when shown directly in the customers' eyes, which is how they are aimed...directly at the customer.
Lots of staff on board but never a manager to be seen. Sad.

Next time I go through your drive through I will not pull around to wait for my coffee it's first come first serve it's ridiculous that at a coffee shop you don't have coffee ready

Got served the most watered down coffee. Tasted more like water than coffee. Sounds like the rumours about these guys reusing coffee grounds are true. Shameful.

Went in for lunch break, I ordered a Lime bowl, and a caramilk ice cap, 15.50$, I waited about 5 minuites for the bowl which was no issue but the ice cap tooked about 20, multiple times I had to ask for it, I was one of about 6-7 that didn't get their orders, when I did they gave me a normal ice cap and at that point I was already late for work. Very disappointed to see what this place has become.

Bad experience with the staff. The order came in wrong . When we mentioned this to the girl who was serving us, she mentioned that she made a mistake in the order andtried to convice us to take the wrong one, which we did not, it was a pizza. So in the end she accepted to exchange the order and threw the pizza in the oven before handing it to us. Extremly rude service.

Usually dependable food quality but not today...20 minute wait at the drive through, burnt bread, over done and under filled potato wedges. Was home before I realized the food was sub par. There is no way this could not have been noticed by the staff. Serve it anyway and hope they don't come back.

Usually i like FV in the morning.This place got the worst FV ever to start your day.I never had such a bad experience with coffee before.Whoever make my coffee i would rate him or her 0.I would never refer anyone to visit there.
