It’s your standard Tim Hortons. This one however feels like for the most part the employees don’t mind being there and aim to help.
It’s a pretty quiet spot at various times of the day and plenty of seating inside. Sometimes when it’s busy it’ll slow down but not too bad otherwise. For all the Tims in the area this one is typically my go to.

This is reviewing my recent experiences,
normally this is my go-to Tim's, the food and drinks are normally consistent and the windows guys are always amazing.
Friday I stopped in for my normal order Large iced coffee with milk, Large vanilla iced coffee with milk, got to the window and my coffee had cream in it. It was Friday morning so I figured I'd go inside instead of jamming up the drive through over one coffee, waited a few minutes and got my coffee. Came back at lunchtime for second coffees, a large vanilla iced coffees and one of the Nutella promo coffees, Large size. Got to the window and paid, they passed me medium coffees, once again didn't want to clog the drive thru during the lunch rush so I came inside to replace my order, the staff couldn't hear/ understand what the problem was. eventually they reluctantly went to replace them. She came back with cream in the Large iced coffee with milk, tried to grab the employee who made the coffees attention but she had already turned and walked off. At that point I only had 15 minutes left to get back to work so I just left.
Monday, I came by for a couple farmers wraps and the same coffee order large iced coffe with milk, large vanilla iced coffee with milk, one came out made with cream one with milk. The windows guy quickly fixed the coffees himself but while he was making it another employee passed the wraps out the windows straight from her gloves in no bag.

Haven't fully written this place off cause it's proven itself to be a good location in the past but man am I disappointed in my favorite Tim's.

Tims used to be my go to spot for coffee and a donut, but lately the service has been lacking, i was just there this afternoon and had to get kinda cross at the person working the till, I had almost scream that I wanted 6 assorted donuts, and he somehow didnt understand what I wanted. Got out to the car, I had 5 chocolate donuts, and 1 sprinkle. RETRAIN YOUR STAFF. PUT ENGLISH SPEAKERS ON THE TILLS PLEASE this has gotten ridiculous.

Here today, its so dirty.. the drive thru floor is littered with garbage and coffee grounds, so dangerous. The floor in the restaurant is gross, doesn’t look like it was cleaned today.. and wasps everywhere.. so disappointing, many customers noticed the conditions.. some needs to come inspect.

Will never go there again. Very poor service, very inaccurate, none of the staff seem to know what's going on. In the drive thru, waited more than 10 min, got to the window, they stick the debit machine out so I tap my card and they start handing me sandwiches and milk, I only ordered an iced coffee, noone seemed to know what to do, so I just drove away with nothing. I hope at least the person behind me got their order on me.
For Customer service ,if I could give zero star i would,they messed up my order i had to drive again and not even a sorry
