I was so excited to finally try egusi soup with fufu, after seeing it go viral online last year or so I’d hoped that one day I’d be able to try it and finally heard that Tok’s Aroma had it. It has such a deep flavour and it was still so hot after driving 15 minutes home, and the portion size was large. I still have enough for lunch for work tomorrow! The pounded yam was incredible, the perfect vessel for the Egusi. The beef was so good and tender. I don’t usually like...

First time ever trying this type of food and I was definitely not disappointed! I’m not a huge fan of spicy but even with it having a mild kick I couldn’t stop eating it! I couldn’t decide between the chicken or beef since of course I never had neither so could choose, they were so lovely and gave me a bit of both to decide for myself which I would prefer for the future. Both meats were delightful! 10/10 recommend ordering from here, I will be again for sure!
