We arrived on a Saturday night without a reservation. They were very busy. The manager seated us and when we mentioned it was our first time there, she took the time to explain how everything at the racetrack and restaurant worked. We were very appreciative that she took the time to do this knowing how busy they were. The service overall was very good. The food was also good. A relaxing comfortable place to eat. Able to accommodate larger family groups which is important to us. Staff are friendly and courteous. Food is excellent especially their new item Jim's Breakfast satisfyingly delicious.
Food was very good. It's a boisterous place by nature. But I was most impressed by the customer service and the staff. The level of staff attention was amazing! And I was even further impressed to see the same staff working the casino and upstairs. Absolutely top rate crew!
