My sisters and I went through the drive-through. The staff member on the machine was not paying attention and kept misunderstanding us. We asked to restart our order and gave up the second time ordering full combos even though that is not what we asked for. She wasn't rude, just not listening. It was around the late lunch rush hour but still very frustrating. We drove away with our order and parked the car at the next store where I needed to go shopping. That is when we realized...

i went through this drive though this evening and ordered a chicken sandwich with fries a coke and a side of cheese sauce. everything was good untill i got to the window to get my food, they seemed very confused on what order was mine and then when they finally found it i drove off. the fries were cooked well and they did remember the cheese sauce. unfortunately when i opened my chicken sandwich it was a burger. Everything still tasted good but i bit disappointed
