Food here tends to be good most times, I mean it's fast food.
The service here though in my recent experiences has been pretty terrible. My partner and I have gone here when it isn't very busy at all. We usually get it to go and tell them this. Most times they put it on a tray and we have to ask for it to go, yet again. An inconvenience, but people forget, it happens. But this has happened each and everytime. The last time we visited this location it happened again and the worker was quite rude as if I was being an inconvenience asking for it to go (even though when they asked initially I had told them this also). I was taken back by this, as I had just politely asked for it to go.
Will likely be a while before I revisit this specific location.

I ordered a Dave’s Single meal with a poutine instead of fries, and they gave me regular fries instead. When I went back through the drive-thru to get the order corrected, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, even though I had already paid the price difference for the poutine. Mistakes happen, but the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. Instead of apologizing or fixing the issue politely, they acted like I was the problem. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning to this location. Day September 26 2025 time morning 11 15. Drive thru.

Ordered at Dave’s double only got two meat patties, and two pieces of cheese. Washed it sitting on the counter for 10 minutes while the staff just kept walking past it. Both my poutine and cheeseburger were room temperature by the time I got them

It's Wendys. The food is consistent and tastes good-if you want Wendys its good to get it here. Average in every way including the dining room-needs to focus on cleanliness more. Staff have definitely improved and the new manager from my last visit hopefully found a place she enjoys working at much more. Stop in for a burger or use the drive-thru. Either way you get what Wendys does best. Being good but not necessarily exciting.

I ordered food at midnight last night and now have food poisoning from chicken strips 3pc and did not eat the chicken burger. The states is having recall on Wendy’s chicken omg this is causing a lot of stomach pain now

We stopped to order takeout & sit outside to eat. Never even made it inside to get food before some kid blasted an air horn right by our heads.
He was also bothering a few teenage girls who seemed very uncomfortable.
Security guys pretty much said there's nothing they could do. He was extremely rude to us and even tried to detain us from leaving because we called the police to deal with the issue. He should be fired. What's the point of security if kids can just do whatever they want to disturb the peace ??. The paying customers should not have to tolerate an air horn in the face while eating food from this establishment..
We left and will not be back.

My wife and I intended to eat here this evening. As we were about to enter the restaurant, a kid with an air horn blasted my wife and I. He was also harassing several young ladies eating at one of the outdoor tables. A security guard was exceptionallu rude to us. He basically seemed to be on the side of kid with the air horn and even demanded we stay. We called the police, and they spoke to the kid. I'm not holding this location responsible for the behavior ofthe kid but I am holding them responsible for the immediately aggressive rent-a-cop. The security guard's attitude was so awful I will never ever go to this restaurant again.

Fast, efficient and honestly, for fast food, quite tasty.
Took wayyyyy to long to get my food. Soooooo disappointed. Bun was very hard, solid is spots.

Like most fast food joints around town, this place sucks badly now. Dirty restaurant, lazy unfriendly staff that consistently can seemingly never get even a single order right. Been that way for a couple of years now.

I didn't get food because at 9pm they locked the door only serving drive thur.. can not walk through drive thur because of the homeless shelter which I live close to without issues and has heavy police presence..I have had some aggressive staff during other visits so I'm not sure why they pretend to be fearful of homeless.. then staff pretended they couldn't hear me as they laughed. Honestly the night staff are sooooo unhelpful & act as though every ketchup pack comes from their paycheck. Always questioning the costumer. I use to love this place. AND IM ALWAYS GROSSLY FRIENDLY, I've work costumer service my whole life. I posted this 2 days ago but it's not listed so I'm writing it again. I wrote manager but no reply probably because he was standing right beside his staff. My Last 5 Visits Have Been Horrible. Its dirty out of coke mean looks cheeky staff who Don't Want To Work. What happened to the Wendy's that insisted on costume satisfaction. U would think corporate would take these complaints more seriously... shameful what it's now become
