This was my first visit and I wish I had taken pics. The food was amazing, I love the ordering system, but love the portion sizes, and the folks working were fun and personable. This is a place I will definitely go again. A bit pricey, but worth it.Vegetarian options: They have a lot of veggie options, and some dishes you can request no meat.Dietary restrictions: I have an issue with carrots and nuts, they were very informative and open about cross contamination.Parking: They have parking spots, but they are typically full at peak hours. It is beside the mall, so there is accessible parking in the mall’s parking lot.Kid-friendliness: They have a great atmosphere for kids. They have 3 TVs, and one is always playing kid shows.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access and lots of room in the dining room for a chair to move around with ease.

We ate there today at lunch. And we were charge for left overs of four slices of zuchinni. I understand its there policy and i paid for it anyway but the lady server was so rude saying if we dont want to get charge, then she said “dont eat at lunch time. Eat at dinner time.” And we ordered ice cream for the kids one by one because we dont want left overs and then on our 3rd order for ice cream, it didnt came so i made a follow up. And this same lady server was so rude again and told us “next you order all together, okay?” And then 5 minutes later the ice cream came without spoon and they already gave spoon on the previous order.And one more thing it was our third time there and we werent charged with left overs zuchinni. And this lady server didnt even bother explain why they charge now and didnt charge before. BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS.

Had the all you can eat at supper time a couple days ago and 4 orders we placed we didn't receive, the "Chicken" and "Beef" we had tasted like absolute rubber I'd sooner take a bite out of a tire. the service was horrible we had a ton of dishes we finished with that were just left at our table while the waitress was on her phone. And there was no excuse that it was busy because there was only us and one other couple there at the time. The waitress never asked how it was, and when we went to pay it was more expensive that what the tablet said it was. very disappointing place I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. ALSO made us BOTH sick the next day.

We came here for my birthday with my family and the waiter was very rude and unwelcoming. We had to seek out the waiter to place our drink order because they neglected our table for at least 15 minutes once we were seated. Overall terrible service.
