Cavendish Fish & Chips

Such an amazing hidden gem, this restaurant had the absolute nicest staff and delicious food! The portions were absolutely perfect, we all ate our meal and had no leftovers and were full! (That is so rare) The prices were great too, I seriously wished we had more days in PEI, so we could have spent another dinner here. They also have a separate kitchen for those with gluten intolerance, which is a big plus! The restaurant is so homey and lovely to be in, would highly recommend!

My daughter and I stopped for lunch today. What a disappointment. We ordered the scallop dinner and clam dinner. The portions were VERY small, way too overcooked and absolutely terrible. I felt so ripped off. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Had an amazing tastebud experience! The employees and owner were great and went the extra mile for my shellfish allergy. The ambiance was quite nice.
We had the fish and chips and honestly: it was amazing! The piece of fish was big, the batter was nice and crispy, the fries were homemade big cuts (and super delicious). Mine was gluten-free and it was very tasty!

My wife, sister and brother-in-law stopped by Cavendish Fish and Chips while visiting the Cavendish area. We were absolutely amazed at the quality of the food. It was delicious and fried to perfection. I had the the hot dog, amazing. My wife and sister had the Fish and Chips dish and they said it was the BEST they ever had.The waitress was super friendly and full of information regarding the area.A very relaxed atmosphere and we were welcomed with a smile and conversation.We will be visiting PEI again in the future and we will ensure we spend 1 meal at the Cavendish Fish and Chips. Thank you and the staff for a great experience.

Very good food highly recommended definitely, try the fish and chips and chicken burger. The homemade mayonnaise is delicious

Friendly staff and service was fairly quick. The other food items are better than the fish & chips. The fish is huge but they give you the thinnest slice of lemon and tiniest cup of tartar sauce.
