Is there a perfect meal in a perfect setting with perfect service? Well, The Chef’s Table is the closest thing I have experienced to perfection on all counts. Every element of every dish came from Canada, from dandelion capers to fish sauce caramel. Each unique course was preceded by a concise and comprehensible explanation from Chef Hunter. I just can’t rave enough about the meal, the setting and the atmosphere. Thank you, Chef’s Table team. Doug

We loved the food! Best culinary experience we have had in PEI!

Coming from Toronto, I can wholeheartedly say The Table was the best culinary experience I have ever had. From the moment you walked in the beautifully renovated church, we were warmly greeted by the Proprietor Derrick and once seated, met General Manager Christine, who was also the most attentive server EVER. We were then able to view the charm of the repurposed church, which is decorated very tastefully (no pun intended lol), and it feels so incredibly welcoming. Not too mention intimate and cozy atmosphere. One of the most unique and amazing aspect of this dining experience was the interaction by the owner, and with the Executive Chef extraordinaire, Hunter Guindon. They explained the history of the business, how they only buy locally grown food to bring to the table, and each meal that was presented we were told about the ingredients, and where each food items originated from. They truly support, and buy from local businesses. As for the 7 course DELICIOUS meal…that we absolutely devoured - each course will make your taste buds sing. Seriously!! They focus on fresh locally grown foods, with tons of variety of flavors and textures. Kudos to both Chefs Hunter and Alex for this truly magical culinary experience, and especially Derrick in his vision making The Table Culinary Studio feel like you’re sharing a meal with family.

The Table is a truly Canadian experience tucked away on the north shore of PEI. The food and the service are comparable to a Michelin rated big city restaurant! A must-go!
