Fabulous place. We sat outside on their beautiful patio looking out at the wharf and had their baked oysters, steamed mussels and their seafood chowder. All very delicious and I strongly recommend!
We stopped in on a Sunday morning during a little sightseeing trip along the north shore and were so glad we did. The fresh oysters were some of the best we have ever tasted, and you could not get a more local catch if you tried. Our server was wonderfully friendly and took the time to chat with us about where everything came from, which made the whole experience feel very special. If you are passing through Stanley Bridge, do yourself a favour and make a point of stopping here.
Celebrated my parents 50th anniversary here, our server Stacey went above and beyond and was absolutely great with our group of 14, including a few toddlers. The food was great and the views were top notch, we truly felt welcomed. Highly recommend visiting Carr's!
