A busy place! Not keen on how drive through was set up. Cars lined up and a lady yelled at us because we came in from the wrong direction. No signs saying we had done that. Ended up doing an online pick-up order and that went better.Parking: Almost non existent
I was visiting PEI last week and went to Tim Hortons in Kensington, and let me say the service was FANTASTIC and the employee helping me was amazing!! Her name was Raychell and was so nice, she even drew a heart on my drink and it made my day!

I love Kensington Tim's because their coffee is really good and I've never had a problem with burnt coffee. The Tim Hortons on Water Street some of the staff needs more training on what is in the powder filled donuts. I asked for a raspberry filled donut and they had no idea what I was talking about until I said powdered donut I stayed at the ordering box for 5 minutes trying to order this donut and I couldn't back up to leave because someone was behind me I wasn't happy what...read full review
