I just went in there today and I know there aren’t a ton of tourists yet and so maybe they had one made and when we came in refried it again. I asked them if they had done that because it was clearly way too overcooked and when you bit into it broke into a million pieces over the table. I asked for a new one and they said if they did it would turn out the same because that’s how they have been all morning . Clearly did not want to make a new one and interrupt their book reading. Terrible customer service. We left the crispy pieces mess on the table so they could see it was uneatable. Waste of 10 bucks .

Great service!

Food here is great. They have a nice selection of different beaver tail toppings. My family loves the Avalanche, but we have not tried one we didn't like. They also have fries, poutines and hotdogs (with a beaver tail bun!). Service is always fast and friendly here. If you have not tried one, I definitely recommend stopping by.

I was standing there waiting to order and the owner came up to a very young girl that was taking my order and she stopped to chastise her about selling the previous customer a baby Ice cream cone because they were an adult. As someone who is diabetic I often order just a little one so that I can have a taste of it. I think the owner or whoever was working last Saturday night needs a lesson in manners. That never should have been said in front of a customer. I got my order that night for my husband but I will never go back there again. She had such a scowl on her face, very uncomfortable for me and I told the young girl not to worry about it , she was doing a great job. I was never at a restaurant where something like this would be an issue you don't know what people's medical conditions are or maybe That person that went before me didn't have the money to buy the size that they wanted I feel like nothing was taken into consideration but take this into consideration I will not be back because of it and I will let anybody know who wants to listen because I thought it was awful.

Great food and awesome staff! The poutine here is delicious but even just the fries by themselves are great. My favorite BeaverTails are the Avalanche, and the Apple Pie! They are so rich but so good!

service was.... well I honestly could not say as there wasn't anyome else in the shop to serve. but we were ignored and the workers were extremely rude walking by and on their cell phones.

Horrible experience there today. The staff couldn't have been older than 12. They had specials on their board (ie combos of hot dog and fries) but the staff were confused when we asked to purchase the combos...it was clearly being advertised on their menu board...but because the staff don't know what they sell or the combos they offer and "couldn't find" it on her ipad to ring it through we had to purchase the combo items individually..... Very poor service will never be back. oh and we didn't buy a thing because she refused to give it to us for the same price... great work beaver tails...
