Atrocious service and subpar food. Our table of 7 was essentially ignored while the servers waited on the golfers and guests staying at the place who they valued more, despite us bringing them $700 worth of business. We were seated at 6:30 and didn’t leave until almost 9:30 (the last ones in the place) because it took us that long to get our food. We watched as other tables sat down after us and were served and left well before we even got our mains.
Warm drinks left on the bar counter for 15 minutes after being made, half the table receiving their appetizers before dinner while the other half watched them eat because theirs weren’t ready on time and came with the mains instead, completely brown and dry burnt entrees that were clearly sitting in the kitchen under reheat lamps for incredulous amounts of time while the wait staff ignored them, and the unburnt items were lacking detail and seasoning.
It was obvious the kitchen staff just dumped a premade store-bought Japanese curry cube into some measly carrots for the Japanese curry dish, without bothering to add any additional flavour or ingredients to make it more interesting. And it came with almost none of the other vegetables mentioned, and plain unseasoned rice. Almost everyone else at our table also complained of the lack of flavour or seasoning, if their meals were even edible and not burnt to a crisp. They even use canned fruit.
When we mentioned the service being unacceptable to our server, she just said “I know” and had nothing more to offer us. No apology was given, nothing was comped on our bills, and she hovered over our shoulders as we paid to watch us tip. We heard another table complain about their experience as well but noticed their (different) server trying to make it up to them with complimentary items and extra drinks, and more attentive service. We even overheard him tell our server what he was doing to make them happy. She clearly didn’t get the message as we did not receive this attempt to make things better.
One of the worst meals I’ve eaten on the island in over a decade. Spend your money elsewhere!

Well we went for the 2024 Christmas buffet with Turkey. We were shown our table and told to go start anytime . Rolls were first on the table , they were as hard as any bread product that was left out all day, salad was gone, vegs were there dressing was gone , ham was cold , NO turkey .then was told after we asked if they were going to refresh ….. nope that’s it . Worst I have seen ! Thanks for deleting my Facebook post I’ll post here now !

This was one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve had in a very long time. The braised beef melted in your mouth, and the chicken Parmesan and pasta were perfectly cooked. Our server was friendly, and helpful with menu choices. And the view….Can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu!
Nice restaurant/lounge on golf course...our server was great

Had a lovely experience at Pipers Restaurant. Unexpectedly ended up coming here after plans to go to another restaurant fell through due to availability. It was our first time out as a family for lunch with our 8 month old twins. We were taken care of by Wendy, she was so friendly and accommodating for us. Two highchairs, and even a change table in the bathroom was a huge plus! Also the chef was eager to come out to say hello to the twins. Very welcoming family experience, great food, and great hospitality! Thank you!

We asked if this place is public, reply was yes, so we got seated. The menu was handed to us, placemats were put down, as well as the silverware. We waited, we were looked at, but nobody cared to take our order. 3 tables came after us, and were looked after right away....after 15 min wait, we decided to leave. Not a welcoming place AT ALL, would not ever recommend it.....We found another place, welcoming and friendly......
