We are lucky enough to live around the corner from The Mill and have the talents of Chef Emily Wells in our little community. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is nice, and the view is just as good. A perfect date night. And when she offers meals to-go, you can re-create the culinary magic at home with just a simple re-heat. So yummy!
I had the special tonight- a delicious spiced salmon with mango salsa, roasted potatoes, and seasonal greens. My husband and I shared a generous piece of decadent carrot cake with cream cheese icing. The service was impeccable! A shoutout to Kim and all the service staff and the culinary team in the kitchen!
