Thé staff here are so lovely. In particular there is a staff member named Rory (I think!), a young woman who gets particularly excited about dogs who’s name I didn’t catch, and the whole crew that was working today around 10:00 am. The staff at this location are absolute gems.

My first visit here a few months ago wasn't great. They got the order wrong, and they were super rude. However, every time I've visited since (which has been about 5-6 times), everything has been perfect and has been some of the best Starbucks experiences I've had!

Many customers appreciate the personal touches, such as the Pup cups for dogs like Tilly and Charly, which make them feel special. The staff work hard, care deeply, and their genuine kindness turns an ordinary coffee run into a memorable experience. Overall, this store thrives because of the friendly people behind the counter, making it more than just a place for coffee but a spot for moments and connections.
