Blowing Smoke BBQ catered to a birthday party for us for approximately 80 people. The service was spot on. Everyone raved about the food and the service was top notch. I can't say enough good about them. They helped make a special evening go perfect. We would definitely use them again. We have also had take out food from their truck in Borden and It has always been delicious.

Every Summer it’s my go to spot now. Their smash burger is to die for. Great service. I love their Ribs and of course Brisket.

Thanks God we found delicious brisket in PEI! We got brisket there and we loved it The ride from Charlottetown was worthy! The Macaroni salad was amazing too The service is awesome highly recommend it

THE BEST BBQ ON THE EAST COAST. my wife and I were craving a burger on our way back to the main land and we came across a bbq food trailer in Borden PEI. Boy were we not disappointed. the brisket was so moist and tender and melted like butter in your mouth, we also got some ribs, bbq pit beans and THE BEST SMASH BURGER ON THE ISLAND. Most of all it was so nice to see the passion Cory has for his craft. he is truly a pitmaster and you NEED his bbq in your mouth. from one pitmaster to another keep up the great work and don't let your fire go out

This is by far the BEST bbq I've ever had in Canada!!! I dont care where on PEI you are, if you're planning on ribs or bbq food in general I HIGHLY ADVISE you make the drive to this food truck!!!
The smoke flavor isn't overwhelming it's Suttle and adds an amazing kick to your food! The brisket melts in your mouth (literally).... yes I said Brisket a very rare menu option especially on PEI... The beans are actually homemade and absolutely amazing, the potato salad is by far a game changer, I've NEVER had such good potato salad at a restaurant/food truck, the pulled pork and chicken is so good you just can't stop eating it no matter how full you are and NONE of their meats are dry they are melt in your mouth bursting with juices.
As someone who's from the south and lived in MANY different places in Canada and the USA as well as an avid traveller, I'm telling you... I know what smokehouse should taste like and this is a MUST STOP!!! I felt like I was in Florida again!

My wife and brother in law grabbed smash burgers on the way out to the beach. We liked them so much we got them on the way back! Better yet my brother in law and I got double smash burgers and my wife another single. Great people, delicious food we will absolutely return. I'd recommend everyone get out there and give.them a try!

Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour déguster un sandwich, nous n'étions pas certain de notre sélection, car le foodtruck est dans un air de stationnement d'une station service, mais WOW, il ne faut pas se fier au décor, car la nourriture y est excellente!!! Le Brisket sandwich, la viande est fondante, la sauce bbq est délicieuse avec sa salade de choux et de patates cela mérite un arrêt... Bien positionné avant la sortie de l'île! Le propriétaire était avec sa fille, un bel accueil chaleureux ❤️.

I go to Cerettis all the time for gas and groceries! Well I am kicking myself that I didn't try this BBQ until today. I have had some real BBQ in my life and based on the brisket which it the only thing I tried, this is possibly the best I have ever eaten. The owner said they will stay open until the end of September or later depending on the weather. I hope we get lots of sun so I can taste the rest of the menu. Sorry for the partial food shot but I ate it to fast.

Absolutely love this gem of a food truck!We stopped here for lunch on our road trip in August 2023.We had a lot of meals in a lot of places in our road trip around 4 provinces, and this one stands out as one of the more memorable.We had the smash burger, pulled pork sandwich, baked beans and potato salad. Everything was fantastic!If you have the chance, you gotta get here!

We stopped to what we thought was a restaurant from our search but were surprised to see just a food truck with 2 smokers outside.Food servive is great, the owner and (I believe his son?) were very gentle and also let us try a good portion of their great Brisket.Their smoked meats are Texan style (no mopping, wrapped in butcher paper, with most likely a mix of SPG).Flavorful and moist!We tasted their baby back ribs, pulled pork and also brisket. They're all good!These are all applewood smoked. <3Great food truck, bring your chairs though as we didn't see any place where we could sit.
