My girlfriend and I wanted to get something to eat and saw the place and thought we would give it a try. Turned out to be a really big mistake, I saw below that someone said the fish wasn't fresh but frozen, I'll go a little further and say the fresh one was rotten and frozen, you're probably wondering how I noticed that the fish was rotten ? Well, the worst salmonella poisoning I've ever had in my life. Anyone who has ever had this knows the symptoms (I don't need to explain them in detail)
So folks, if you don't want to ruin your vacation, give this restaurant a wide berth!

The "best chicken" in town is more like pigeon. Tasty but very small. Side dish a joke for over €10. No card payment possible. It's written INDOORS in Portuguese without any symbols above the counter... tourist trap, like all the shops in the "Old Town". I can't recommend anything, but it's also impossible to drive 12+ km until something decent comes along (according to locals).
