You have to imagine a rainy day, on the road through abandoned towns and “TheFork” which offers a very well-rated restaurant 45 miles away. Well, it really deserves to be done. The setting (the exterior doesn't look much) is a little anachronistic in the environment, for the best. The products are simply but divinely processed, the fish is perfectly seasoned, the meat is cooked correctly and at the right temperature, the accompaniments are abundant and expressive and even the table wine is well chosen.
