Very well located in Alvor. Good range of food .Can be busy for breakfast, but worth waiting. Staff are nice and friendly except one grumpy waiter. Price is ok. Nice to sit outside and watch the world go by. Good for food all day.
Hotel Tivoli is spotless and grounds are beautiful. Food was usually plenty choice but always cool or cold. The specialty restaurants were better and we loved Mad Med as it was waiter service and hot! Plenty fish and the all inclusive bar was very good, nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment is geared for families so we went into Alvor town mainly. We were an older couple, no children so the hotel program was mainly for children. Would we go again- yes!
If you visit Alvor this is a must visit!The girls were going on a boat trip, I to the beach, we had breakfast/brunch, It was imo probably 1 of the best holiday breakfasts I have ever had! Staff very friendly & helpful. Be advised to book if you want to visit in the evening, it is always quite full.
