Almofariz Restaurant is a part of a 5-star hotel that has been visited multiple times for its generally good experiences. However, during one visit, the service was unprofessional, with food served on the table with no drinks. If wine was ordered, it never arrived chilled. At the breakfast buffet, there was a lack of variety in fruits, such as watermelon, melon, orange, and occasionally pineapple, but mango was never available. Cheese, cold cuts, and croissants took more than 15 minutes to be replenished, leaving the coffee waiting for the rest. The hotel may be aware of the labor shortage, but guests paying over 1000 euros a day for four people expect to avoid such inconveniences.
On a positive note, the hotel offers excellent service and facilities, with a helpful GSM and reception. It has nearby beaches, an indoor heated pool, and an outdoor pool with a sea view. The overall experience, including the staff, food, and amenities, is highly recommended for families.
