“100% recommended Indian restaurant. We were eating very comfortably with excellent attention, fast service, attention to detail. The waiter was very kind, polite, friendly and very professional. When setting the table, he took the clean plates with a napkin, which was appreciated.
They have a secluded terrace where you are comfortable. Fast service. Very good food. The curry for the lamb was delicious. Another fish dish (goan) was very tasty.
He asked us what level of spiciness we wanted.
I asked for gluten-free dishes and the waiter indicated that they had none and that there is only gluten in the bread.

“Is in Slovak language someone who does not attract a lot of attention and is generally inconspicuous. That's what I thought seeing this restaurant surrounded by all the fancy, contemporary eateries on the same street. I wasn't very eager to go in there at first. But we ended up welcomed by a charming and extremely helpful man who took us over their vegan choices. As in any Indian place, you have them plenty. But somehow we liked their kitchen more than the plenty Indian we've already tried. If you are like me and hesitate in front of this restaurant, give it a try! It was honestly better than many of the fancy places on that street. And only a fracture of their prices.“

“This is the BEST Indian in Alvor by a mile. I’ve been to a few Indians in the area and this is by far the best!!!

The staff are amazing. Polite, great with kids, good at explaining the menu, patient and much more. Just so nice.

The service was prompt and friendly and the food didn’t take long at all. When it came it was amazing. Perfect temperature and so tasty. There was the full Indian menus available that you would expect, all the meats, all the sauces and all the extras.

I just had a third of each of the dishes to start with and they were delicious then as they cooked above the little heaters they developed more and more flavour. “We happened upon this gem tired and hungry and we were blown away by the kindest staff and most delicious food. Our family started with garlic prawns that were unsurpassed. Then we each ordered something different and all had an amazing experience. I will be back for more sardines and dorado!!! Our kids had lamb curry and a hamburger and were so happy with their meal. “We got the Brunch for 2 and we loved it. The balance between sweet and savory food is just right. The eggs were done well enough not to make a mess when eating the bread, and the onions were caramelized very well. One element for improvement is that the peanut butter was too thick, and when combined with the pancake, was too difficult to chew.

Fritto misto was limited but still warm, cod fingers fell apart and was super yum. Big burger portions, chips that came with it were too crunchy, a bit unexpected. Also had the rib eye with peppercorns (big portions too) and ended the night with the cheesecake and the restaurant’s take on tiramisu which was fresh.

A bit noisy towards the bottom restaurants but a great view of the marina either way.“
