Rough and ready and brilliantly so. A good Mexican should feel a bit raw and ramshackle. The food however should be excellent, basic beef/chicken/prawns but full of piquant flavours that make the difference and in La Fiesta it was all of this. Staff were also excellent. Margaritas were great, just go to this restaurant you won’t be disappointed.

From the moment I went into the place I got a horrible greeting. Drinks were watered down and the food was reheated. Staff were aggressive and argumentative. I wasnt one for complaining but the aggression was intense and scared us.

Booked a table the night before and when we got there they said they cancelled our table, we were there 10 mins before our time. They said they phoned us and I had a missed call 20 minutes before we were due to arrive and because we didn't answer they scratched us off the list and asked did we want to book a table for the next night. Totally turned me off so we didn't bother booking again, they never informed me that I would be getting a call to confirm and I wasn't paying attention to my phone as we were having a drink nearby. Very arrogant and unapologetic leaving us with nowhere to eat with our child. Really disappointed as I was excited to try it!
