Poor service, poor quality of the food. All tastes very lax. They did not consider any kind of extras wishes for a 3 year old kid. We can't recommend the restaurant. Price and service doesn't fit at all.

Exceptionally poor food and service haphazard. We called during the late afternoon to see if we needed to book. The gentleman seemed surprised by our Q - yet when we arrived the first Q was ' did we book?!! And it was practically empty . Food dreadful. Just don't go

Myself and my wife come to alvor every year, and this place hands down gave us the nicest dining experience we have had to date! The atmosphere was amazing there was great local live music. The quality and flavour of the food was the best we have had in alvor in the 12 years we have been coming here. We had a lovely sparkling wine and the seabass. Price wise it was ideal not bad at all. We went at sunset and it was the most magical place we have been to. 10/10.

Avoid at all costs. A pity since the restaurant as a great location for the guests staying at Pestana. Or anyone that wants to drive to the see side. Avoid this tourist trap. We went there on our first day since was so close we go a dry aquaculture sea bass 19€ and 2 pieces of octopus 24€ as a Portuguese I know this is not up to par of the standards you get in Algarve in terms of the quality of food and price. Papa Figos was on the menu for 34€ went it’s a wine that cost 6-10€ in any supermarket I understand that business needs to mark up the good they sell but should be reasonable. Payed 55€ and 10% service charge something I never payed in Algarve specially with bad food. Please AVOID. Nearby there’s many restaurants walking distance with better value for your money. Avoid

The food here was beautiful, so flavoursome and nice portions! I loved my cocktail and the view we got to enjoy looking out to sea! My only criticism is the staff seemed moody, as it’s the first restaurant you approach when walking on to the beach decking, they should be more welcoming and they’d be a lot busier, don’t let it put you off though; reasonably priced and quick service!

We experienced this restaurant as a family of four adults and four adults. My daughter loves food and travels extensively and that was one of the best meals she has ever eaten. She will remember this restaurant and that meal as we all will.

Expensive for drinks, €5 for a 250ml beer average locally for 450/500ml €3.50. Nice location right on the front. Service was OK. Did not return to try food so cannot comment.Guess prices reflect location.

A restaurant located at a perfect location with breath taking views. Located at the beach Alvor, one of the most beautiful beaches in Algarve. I didn't order food so can't comment on that but they surely have a wide choice of alcohol to choose from. The service was quick and the staff was courteous. Overall a very nice place to visit.

This looks lace is always empty! I know why now… I stopped for a coffee and an orange juice and it was 9 Euros!! When I questioned , the juice was 5.50and coffee 3.50 I stopped for the same in one of those cute restaurants by the harbour and it was 5 Euros !
