“A mix of a traditional Azorean restaurant and a more upscale place. When you arrive, you first have to pass the snackbar terrace to go towards the restaurant entrance. They have both indoor and outdoor seating.
Traditional dishes include grilled fish in a tile (the tile actually comes from Madeira). One big tile can be shared by two people. They also have a couple of dishes which most kids like (spaghetti as well as the full menu from the snackbar).
You get a tablet at your table to go through the digital menu and order the food and drinks that you want. Personally I prefer to talk about the menu with the staff and order it directly from them. Now every guest has to go through the whole menu and some items are not easy to find (e.g. a single glass of wine). That doesn't finish the quality of the food, so just a personal opinion.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of choice, given the fact that the restaurant also provides you access to the snackbar menu. Kids can explore the outdoor area on the terrace with a great ocean view.“

“We had the seafood rice for two. It was huge, had plenty of shrimp, muscles and clams and tasted heavenly. I also had the Morcela (blood sausage) with Pineapple appetizer which was outstanding and also a huge portion. The house wine was good too. Overall it was great!“

“One of the few restaurant with vegan options. Also some fish dishes and vegetarian (with cheese). Good food, good service and affordable prices. Make sure to reserve in the high season and make sure that you're not in a hurry. It's a small restaurant run by a couple. So just sit back, enjoy the scenery and the lovely food.“

“Very good, congratulations, 5 * service, the food was very tasty (fish and meat)
I recommend it, nice view, good atmosphere.
Dessert highlights D' Amélia, crunchy, moist, with a lot of spice flavor.
The boat served with grilled fish Boca Negra and Cântaro, very tasty with its accompanying sauces and very well grilled to perfection.
I recommend
Congratulations“

“Taking into account how little movement this restaurant has, we decided to visit.
We were amazed that everything was impeccable, the food was wonderful.
We know it's a brewers' place but the gastronomic part was top notch.

“Very professional staff, actually not very smiling but the dishes are excellent. For our part, fairly fast service, copious and very good dishes (fish and shrimp skewer with supion brandade, shrimp, fish)... Moreover, the terrace is very pleasant in the evening. It should be noted that for once, it may be a detail for you but for us it means a lot..... a real white tablecloth and cloth napkins.“

“Restaurant of ten. They don't have a letter. The food is wonderful, the service is exquisite and the waiter upon arrival will inform you of the dishes of the day. We ordered meat and fish and both were spectacular. The dishes are abundant.“

“The interior doesn't look like much, but reserve a place on the terrace, life is spectacular.
This restaurant is a must during a stay in Terceira to taste super fresh local seafood, simply cooked in a local and authentic way.
Absolutely try the seafood soup served in bread and/or the grilled limpets as a starter. As a main course, octopus or fish skewers.“

“The food was good, perhaps because we went for dinner the menu was a little limited. Very small space, as the limpets have still finished cooking on the griddle on the table, the space does not have the capacity to extract smoke and smell, our clothes smell like food. It was €15 per person but we shared dishes.“

“Everything was very good, still exceptional communication and not sharing any of the language. We ate a tray of fish of the day (recommended by the gentleman) and octopus with grilled vegetables. All very good, recommended and good quality and price!“

“Good food, good service and very good air conditioning. If you don't make a reservation for dinner you can expect to wait between half an hour and an hour, at lunch time we found no problem. Just detail that they have a small extraction problem since you come out smelling like food, otherwise highly recommended.“
