The restaurant is located on a small side street in Arcos de Valdevez. You can park very easily nearby. There are tables indoors and outdoors. The food is very typical of the region with a focus on meat dishes. What impressed me very positively is the service. I came alone and quite late for lunch on a Sunday. On Sundays, restaurants in Portugal are very busy at this time. Quite a few send customers away at the end. But I received a very warm welcome and very friendly service....
We ordered a cheese seasoned with herbs that was simply divine and half a dose of cachena, enough for two people (who don't eat much).
Tender and tasty meat and very aromatic bean rice.

Friendliness of the staff, always very concerned about everything. Amazing food, we ordered à la carte rather than the menu of the day and it was quick. We ordered posta cachena and pork cheeks. The steak came with fried bread and tarreste bean rice, divine. I highly recommend it, eat well, drink even better, normal price, average of €20 per person, and 5-star service.
