The incredible. You won’t want to eat this dish again in your own country after tasting this. It gets busy at lunchtime but you can’t book so do consider you may need to queue but they’re fast so you generally won’t wait longer than half an hour for a table depending on your group size. Use your fingers to eat. It’s the best way.
