We placed the order online with an expected one hour wait for the order, 9:15 pm being the time, so far so good, we took into account the fact that it was the day before a holiday, there were a lot of orders and the weather. At 9:19 pm and they called to say that the order was going out, they were just waiting for one of the delivery men to arrive.
