Normalmente sé que en un restaurante japonés voy a comer bien, por eso acudí a este. Tenía muchas ganas de probar los restaurantes veganos de Aveiro, pero en ese momento estaban cerrados, así que visitamos Subenshi. Fue todo un acierto.
Para empezar, el servicio fue excelente. El personal estaba muy bien coordinado y atento todo el tiempo a lo que necesitaras. Te explicaban los platos al servirlos y resolvían cualquier duda que tuvieras, tenían buen conocimiento de veganismo.

If you are passing through Aveiro and you are a fan of Sushi and revisited/modern Japanese cuisine, you absolutely must come and eat in this restaurant. The restaurant itself is magnificent between the decoration and the aquariums (I love it). The culinary experience is incredible with magnificent presentation and the discovery of new flavors. The service is of high standard ++ which also explains a price slightly above average, but it is worth the detour believe me!!!
