Unfortunately, I have to explain a situation that I experienced at this dinner was completely embarrassing. Waiting time? No comments, if I knew it would help me because no one wanted to know. In addition to always changing employees who I think are in training or whatever, they treat people badly and shout in front of customers. This type of situation is regrettable. If there are problems in the team, speak up at the end of each shift. Colleagues with experience don't know how to lend a hand to those who don't? and humiliate? Please..what an unpalatable woman.. It's shameful that there are people of this caliber who don't have the capacity to run businesses that serve the public. There was a lot more to explain but the truth is that it ends here. I just hope that these people gain awareness and more respect for both those who go there and the people who work there and are embarrassed in front of the customer! I have never felt so much shame from others as I do today.

Good and friendly service, helped us and advised us what to order. The normal restaurant, the price like in all the restaurants in Portugal they charge for everything, the bread, olives, and the snack starters that they offer you. The price was not bad. We ordered a cheese, ham for starters, to eat Swordfish, chop and the other dish Maranja duck, a salad for 3, bread, 2 bottles of water and 1/4 of house wine, without post or coffee. Total €62

A SUNDAY WITHOUT LUNCH:After 1h30 waiting for the food, and people who arrived after us being served, finally comes one of the ordered dishes, the tenderloin à lagareiro, RAW! In case you didn't know, pork is not eaten rare or raw!! The plate of cuttlefish never arrived at the table, because after waiting for so long, and with the tenderloin being left behind, we decided to pay the bill for drinks, bread and olives and leave WITHOUT EATING. We were with a baby and unfortunately that wasn't even taken into consideration!Terrible service!!!A sad restaurant!I only regret the wasted time, and not having read the comments before going there!I honestly hope they can solve the serious problems of clutter and disorganization or else close the door!!Not everyone is “born” into catering, and the owner definitely doesn’t know what it’s like to manage a restaurant!!Shameful!!!!I will not be returning and I will make sure to spread the word and do the necessary publicity!! It may be that when they start to see empty chairs, it will be too late to change!

Slow service and disorganized kitchen. If you like waiting an hour and a half for octopus that comes dry, hard and charred, if you don't mind seeing people who arrived after you being served first with what you ordered, then go and enjoy the experience.
