I had already been there once and we were very well received. So we decided to do it again, but this time it was the worst experience in any restaurant. From the waiting time, which was immense (we arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 pm and left at almost 11 pm because it took so long for each thing we ordered) to the hygiene of the restaurant. The free refill drinks were replaced in the same glass that we had on the table by the employee and this was done at all tables in the restaurant, that is, the employee touched everyone's used glasses, filled them again and took them back to the table. Whenever I went to other pizza huts, they refilled a new glass and took the used one away as dirty dishes. I don't know if the free refill on new cups was only applied after covid but you have to understand that in addition to there being other viruses besides covid, covid still exists and I caught it in your restaurant along with gastroenteritis and I know this because I'm always at home and I only visited your restaurant in the last few days. And after seeing the employee do something like that without even washing her hands, it was only right for this to happen.

We like going to the space. We are always treated very well by a guy whose name I don't remember. Bathrooms always clean. The only thing we always notice is the air conditioning is always at maximum or almost. It's always very cold in space. There are times when the weather is better outside than inside. But otherwise everything was impeccable.

Excellent place to eat a beautiful Piza Hut. Helpful and friendly employees. I definitely recommend it to anyone who likes pizza.

Yesterday, 11/18, I went to the restaurant with my girlfriend, noting that it was our first time going to the establishment.Only negative points, poorly trained staff, the place totally dirty, the motorcycle courier was lifting the dishes onto the tables, very disorganized, there were customers at the next table complaining that the pizza had been changed...In short, it's disorganized!
