Good, nice and cheap. The place looks tacky but serves homemade food with great meat and at a good price. Giant entrecôte at 21 euros (impossible to finish due to the size) or pork medallions for 11 euros. All accompanied with salad (surprisingly the tomato, unlike in Barcelona, had a garden flavor), French fries (abundant and not frozen) and rice with pinto beans. The accompaniment alone would be a normal dish in any city. Glasses of house wine at 4 euros, large water at 2 euros and coffees at 0.85. A dinner for two eating until you burst for 47 euros, the price of two menus in the center of Barcelona. The waitresses, charming. Ah! It is advisable to make a reservation because it is full of local people, although it is lost in a small street on the outskirts of Leiria.
It is one of the restaurants in the Leiria area that you should visit. Very good quality food. One of my favorite dishes is cabidela rice on Mondays. Try it.
